Speaking, facilitation, and trainings are grounded in partnership. While focusing primarily on diverse contexts, I am skilled in working within a variety of settings and groups. We will dig into context, goals, and intended outcomes during an initial conversation. I develop an approach to ensure a courageous space where all participants engage in the material and with one another. Inspired by what is possible, participants will collaborate to design the way forward.
